You will go through a postural and movement screen in your first session to see which muscles are tight and weak and need strengthening and flexibility. This can make a difference in how you exercise going forward and we can tailor your workout week and get you started at your goals!

Mandatory; Please complete Contact and Health Form before beginning exercise program.
Also, if pregnant, given birth within the last two months, or in Physical Therapy, you will need a doctor’s note with a release to exercise plus any additional exercise contraindications. Thank you!
