In these 24 × 60 minutes sessions you can expect to gain a regular fitness routine and some muscle too.
If you haven’t already, you will go through a postural and movement screen to see which muscles are tight and weak and need strengthening and flexibility. This will help me design a custom fitness routine, or program for you, in addition to your goals. We will also do this again at the end of this package to monitor the difference exercise makes.

Mandatory; Please complete Contact and Health Form before beginning exercise program.
Also, if pregnant, given birth within the last two months, or are in Physical Therapy, you will need a doctor’s note with a release to exercise plus any additional exercise contraindications. Thank you!
