In these 12 × 60 minute sessions you can expect to develop a well rounded fitness routine or program based on your needs and wants. Exercises will become more familiar to you and you will start to feel subtle changes.
If you haven’t already done a postural and movement screen, you will do this. This will help both you and me see which muscles are tight and weak and need strengthening and flexibility. This time being active will make a difference in how you feel and exercise overall.

Mandatory; Please complete Contact and Health Form before beginning exercise program.
Also, if pregnant, given birth within the last two months, or are currently in Physical Therapy, you will need a doctor’s note with a release to exercise plus any additional exercise contraindications. Thank you!
